Delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, skills, sessions, notes and badges from our server, and signs you out of the app. It cannot be undone. To keep a copy, export your sessions first: Settings → Export sessions.
In the app
- Open Ayuta and go to Profile.
- Tap the settings icon in the top right.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Deletion happens straight away.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email privacy@ayuta.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Ayuta account”. We will confirm by reply and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your account, email address and display name, and every skill, session, note, rating, tag and badge.
- Kept: nothing in our live database. Encrypted backups held by our hosting provider expire within 30 days.
Data that only ever lived on your phone, such as deep work app usage, is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.
