Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Ayuta app or the website at ayuta.app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Ayuta.
Your account
You need an account to sync your sessions. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age for online services where you live if that is higher.
Your content
The skills, sessions, notes and anything else you record belong to you. You allow us to store, copy and process them only as needed to run Ayuta for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete them at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Ayuta. For example: do not try to reach other people’s data, interfere with or overload the service, get around its security, or use it to break the law.
The service
Ayuta is free. We work to keep it reliable, but we may change, pause or end features, or the whole service. If we plan to shut Ayuta down, we will give at least 30 days’ notice in the app so you can export your sessions.
Ayuta tracks practice time. It is not medical, health or professional advice, and its hours and ranks are a motivational measure, not a qualification.
Ending your use
You can stop using Ayuta and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, Ayuta is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep an export of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of Ayuta. Because the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you use Ayuta as a consumer, you keep any protections given to you by the law of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. Using Ayuta after that means you accept the new terms.
